Russia: Powell In Moscow For What Some See As Frank Talks
U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell is in Moscow today for talks with top Russian leaders, including President Vladimir Putin. The visit comes at a time of some strain in the countries' bilateral relationship over disagreements in Iraq and other issues. In comments after the talks, both Putin and Powell affirmed that relations remain strong. RFE/RL Moscow correspondent Sophie Lambroschini looks at what tensions might lie below the surface.

Russia: Relations Cooling With Other OSCE States
Diplomats at the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe say relations have cooled between Russia and several other member states because of differences over how to resolve several international problems. RFE/RL correspondent Roland Eggleston reports from the OSCE's headquarters in Vienna.
