But Federal Space Agency chief Anatoly Perminov said on December 26 that Moscow would maintain restrictions on sharing technology.

Russian technology allowed China's manned space program to launched its first astronaut into orbit in 2003. Beijing now wants to send a robotic probe to the moon by 2010.
