Belgrade, 5 May 2000 (RFE/RL) -- Serb media today said that fourteen Kosovo
Albanians had been sentenced to prison terms on charges of terrorism in the
southern Serb town of Nis. The pro-government daily Polityka said the 12
received yesterday sentences ranging from 20 months to 12 years. Polityka said
the defendants "admitted they had to join" the Albanian Kosovo Liberation Army.
