Grenade Explosion In Kyrgyzstan Injures Four

TOKMOK, Kyrgyzstan -- At least four people were injured when a grenade exploded in Kyrgyzstan's northern city of Tokmok today, RFE/RL’s Kyrgyz Service reports.

The press service of Kyrgyzstan's Healthcare Ministry told journalists that all four were injured by flying glass.

The Ministry for Emergency Situations said an unknown person threw the grenade in a trade center at around 16:00 local time. No other casualties were reported.

An investigation is under way.
