Russia and the West edge closer on Syria. And the Collective Security Treaty Organization gathers in Moscow amid deepening schisms between Russia and other members.

On this week's Power Vertical Briefing we take a closer look at Russia and the West's recent moves toward cooperation in Syria, which culminated in a UN Security Council resolution endorsing an international road map to resolve the conflict.

Also on the Briefing, we examine deepening fissures inside the CSTO over Russia's conflict with Turkey.
