Iran is still waiting for final election results, but Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has already sent his congratulations to the presumptive winner.

Khabaronline
reports that Chavez called President Mahmud Ahmadinejad to congratulate him, saying that the president’s victory “belongs to all free nations.”

Ahead of the June 12 vote, Chavez had wished Ahmadinejad good luck.
