He is not a democrat. It was a great mistake that he was chosen as president before. Now he grasped the power and he will use all he can to please Russia and other autocratic countries to suffocate democracy. Please note, all these countries and their representatives in the vote praised the conduct of the election. They always did the same in other CIS countries when even they were obviously false elections. So here we see open game to save faces and interests of the old but crushed big brothers. So good buy to democracy and civil society in the land of Kyrghis people once the only land that was called Democracy Island in autocratic Central Asia.
