President Alfred Moisiu said at today's swearing-in ceremony that holding the political rotation in a calm and peaceful manner is a great step forward for Albania.

Moisiu last week formally declared Berisha prime minister after his party won the 3 July parliamentary elections.

Berisha was the first postcommunist president of Albania, serving from 1992 to 1997.
