The U.S. military said late on April 18 that weapons were also seized during the raid on a compound in the village of Dukah.
The U.S. military said that in recent weeks combat missions led by Afghan security forces have disrupted multiple "terrorist" cells and foiled several suicide-and roadside-bombing plots in southern Afghanistan.
