Jordan Interested In Kazakh Grain

November 8, 2006 -- Kazakhstan's Prime Minister Daniyal Akhmetov today held talks in Astana with his Jordanian counterpart, Maruf Bakhit.

Addressing reporters after the meeting, Akhmetov said Jordan was looking at the possibility of importing grain from Kazakhstan.


He also said President Nursultan Nazarbaev would pay a three-day official visit to Jordan on November 29.
