Kyrgyz officials have asked a U.S. military delegation for pilotless drone aircraft.

Kyrgyzstan's Defense Council secretary Busurmankul Tabaldiev told RFE/RL the request was for U.S. drones to be left for Kyrgyzstan during the withdrawal of NATO troops from Afghanistan due by the end of 2014.

U.S. Marine Corps General James Mattis, leader of the U.S. delegation, reportedly replied that Washington is ready to consider the request.

Possible continuation of the use of Manas airport in Bishkek as a transit center for NATO after 2014 also was discussed.

NATO's current lease at Manas expires in 2014.

Tabaldiev told the U.S. delegation Bishkek is ready to cooperate beyond 2014 “taking into account Kyrgyzstan’s interests, its security, and public opinion.”

I don't think that it's in the best interests for the U.S. to share our UAV/ MUAV drone technologies with any other country outside of NATO Forces that's any where near Afghanistan, Pakistan, China, Russia, Iran, Syria, AQIM, AQAP or even to share any other types of our technologies with any other ex- USSR communists countries; or with any other Islamic country from the EU-Arabia or with the League of Arabic Nations from the 17 countries surrounding Israel. Because they will more than likely use our technologies against the U.S. Coalition Forces and against Israel, or against those countries that our country has liberated from oppressive regimes and or try to pirate our technologies and make a profit on them, by selling them to Lagos to Boko Haram or to AS SHABAB or maybe to MEK or to some GSPC, or Uzbeks with IMU in the Sahel Pan in the AQIM, Sudan or they might even make it to the black markets in Yemen and Somallia or make it to Chechynia or to Latin American Small Arms dealers with Iranian Contras members contacts with Russian Mob contacts from FSB/ KGB/ Kremlin in Brazil, Venezuella, and sold to Cuba or Guatamalla's Los Zetas or to some other Mexican Drug Cartels; to retalliate against us later in the future For the Evil Empire and The Rogue States!
