Extremely cold weather continues to grip most of Europe, with the death toll rising to at least 175.

Bosnian authorities have used helicopters to evacuate sick people and deliver food to thousands who have been cut off by the heaviest snow the country has ever recorded.

More than 100 remote Bosnian villages are cut off by more than two meters of snowfall in the mountains.

A state of emergency has been declared in Sarajevo after more than a meter of snow fell on the capital.

In neighboring Serbia, officials said 70,000 people remain cut off.

So far, 32 municipalities in Serbia have introduced emergency measures.

Authorities in Ukraine -- where temperatures have dipped to minus 30 Celsius -- reported 21 more deaths from the cold weather, many of them homeless.

In Britain, heavy snowfall blanketed central and western regions. Heathrow Airport in London canceled 30 percent of its flights for February 5 in the face of a forecast of heavy snow.

Heavy snowfall in Florence, a transportation hub in northern Italy, paralyzed railway transport.

How are you faring in this weather? Hopefully you and yours are not enduring the same problems as others?

It is a terrible situation when Mother Nature strikes without mercy. I hope all is well with you? God bless.
