MONDAY, July 11:

Armenia/Ukraine: Speaker of the Ukrainian parliament (Verkhovna Rada) Volodymyr Lytvyn visits Yerevan (July 12).

Bosnia-Herzegovina: 16th anniversary of the Srebrenica massacre.

Iran/Slovenia: Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi visits Ljubljana.

Middle East: The Quartet of Middle East peace negotiators -- the United States, Russia, the European Union, and the United Nations -- are scheduled to meet in Washington.

Russia/U.S.: Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov is scheduled to meet with U.S. President Barack Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in Washington (to July 13).

UN: UN Human Rights Council session begins in Geneva (to July 29).

TUESDAY, July 12:

Iran/Austria: Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi visits Vienna.

India/Pakistan: United States Institute of Peace hosts a discussion titled "The Quest for India-Pakistan Normalization."

OECD: The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) publishes its International Migration Outlook 2011.

Russia/Belarus/Kazakhstan: Prime ministers of Customs Union participating countries -- Vladimir Putin of Russia, Mikhail Myasnikovich of Belarus, and Karim Massimov of Kazakhstan -- meet in Moscow.

Russia/Switzerland: President of Switzerland Micheline Calmy-Rey pays a working visit to Russia (to July 13).


WEDNESDAY, July 13:
