North Caucasus

Chechen Leader Seeks 'Clear Border' With Ingushetia

Chechnya's Kremlin-backed leader, Ramzan Kadyrov, has accused neighboring Ingushetia of "encroaching on Chechen territory" and called for establishing "a clear administrative border" between the two Russian North Caucasus republics.

Ingushetia's leader, Yunus-Bek Yevkurov, has responded by saying that the need to establish a clear administrative border between the two republics "had occurred long ago."

The exchange comes after the two sides recently traded accusations over how much each was doing to prevent militants from committing cross-border terrorist acts.

During the Soviet era, the two republics used to be the single Republic of Checheno-Ingushetia. They split in 1992 as Chechen separatists began agitating for independence. Ingush and Chechens share a common culture, language, religion, and history.

what means

"Chechnya's Kremlin-backed leader" ?!?!?

For what i Know Chechnya is a Russian FEderation republics

then it is obvious that its governor is "Kremlin-backed" .

I know that tipical Anglo Saxon thinking
divide everything in black and white

in good and bad

without knowledge of the gray scale

specifing for everything

whether it is "pro" or against kremlin

But in this case .... we are speaking about an adminstrative part of the Russian federation !

Or do you think that it is necessary to specific that
CAlifornia government is "white house-backed" ?

Chechens and Ingush should settle the dispute in a traditional Caucasus way - fight it out. For example, the similar dispute between Ingush and North Ossetians in 1990 has been settled for good after Ossetians kicked Ingush muslims out of several districts and killed hundreds of them in a fair fight

"after Ossetians kicked Ingush muslims out of several districts and killed hundreds of them in a fair fight"
Yeah it was a fair fight. It was a fairest fight Ingush ever fought. They had only 1 Russian soldier per every civilian and lasted longer than 2008 war in Georgia.

North Ossetian militia and security forces
North Ossetian Republican Guard
South Ossetian militia
Don Cossacks
Terek Cossacks
Russian Army

vs …

Ingush militia

The question is where were the Chechen "brothers" and why didn't they help Ingush?

"The question is where were the Chechen "brothers" and why didn't they help Ingush? "

well, that question is the easiest to answer: your Chechen "brothers" were busy training in Saudi Arabia under CIA supervision. After they finished training, some of them went to fight US army in Iraq and Afghanistan, some of them were killed by evil Russians, and some of them are hiding in caves among piles of excrements somewhere on the border between Ossetia and rump republic of Georgia

It is all set of provocations of Russian "shtaby" nazi-expand.
To circumvent Laws of God, UN and Peter's agreements
With his unkle, King of Georgia, put on freedom band,
Denying Caucasus's "terrorists" (but GRU elements),
They make enemies of "hated Stalin's times" friends.

Not Anglo Saxon sinking, Rick, but evil Norman plant,
Plantagenot way of thinking, Varaga-Magoga's "brat",
And Drake - if one do crime he paints his target black.
US imperialistic expand did not seek an ethnos wrack,
Indians independent. Caucasians not Indians, Russak.

Read somewere "Georgian Traktat" in Georgian - also,
All Caucsus (pre-Georgians) forbearers of Civilizations
Is the best World had, Caucasus was Common Wealth
Since first Archeology findings. It should be regional CIS.
Russia "oboroten" subvert "traktat" by such provocations.

Jack again? This time you are not as mild as "homofobic",
But "homomaniak", you boldly offer brothers kill each other
As a mortified by Freedom and serving Russians "gnomik".
Will brothers figh to breed in their land Russ-head-cutters?

Kadyrov also wants some land from Dagestan's Khasavyurt region. He wants to unify Chechnya, Ingushetia, and Dagestan.
