Libya is demanding Niger hand over Saadi Qaddafi, one of the sons of former Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi.

Niger Justice Minister Morou Amadou confirmed the Libyan request but said his country would not extradite Saadi because of fears he would be killed if he were returned.

A spokesman for Libya's National Transition Council (NTC), Muhammed al-Harizy, said the NTC "demands the Niger government extradite Saadi and those who are with him to Libyan authorities as soon as possible."

Niger authorities said they had agreed to place tighter restrictions on Saadi's movements and that Libyan Foreign Minister Ashour Bin Hayal would meet with his Niger counterpart to discuss the issue.

Yes Saadi Gaddafi will return to Libya, to liberate both his brother and countrymen from that UNSC/UN jail!,because as long as his father's memory beats in the hearts of Libyans they are still free.

Dang tootin, I hope Saadi and Mohamed and Aisha go back to Libya and take care of those NTC rats and cockroaches. The world will be a better place with a Dictator than Islamic Extremists that are presently lobbying for position in Libya. With Egypt on the doorstep of an Islamic State, Libya will follow, so has Tunisia and Algeria and Morocco, then when Bashir Al Assad is gone, so will Syria become an islamic state.

We still do not know why the U.S. and the West decided to remove Qaddafi
It was absolutely clear that the thugs and crooks come to power
The so-called revolutionaries do not want to disarm, and see their future to take money from oil sales they wanted to spit on a simple Libyan people.
They themselves from the simple people of Libya, but now they are with guns, and an Arab with a weapon in a country where anarchy- it is a terrible thing..
Not on the construction of civilization and the law think, but still want blood...
Give us a son of Gaddafi, grandson, great-grandson, second cousin, sister of grandfather..
Ears of a dead donkey do not want? says Chief godfather of Russia...
go to build democracy my "dear" winners..including same-sex marriage, adult shops, beaches for nudists...
Here it is necessary to think about, not about blood...

NATO and US government turned Lybia into a giant concentration camp where any opponents of NATO-installed Wahhabi "NTC" are labeled Quadaffi loyalists and are jailed and tortured and killed. Even CIA-controlled kangaroo shops like Human Right Watch disclosed horrible cases of torture and murder committed on a daily basis by NATO-installed Wahhabis, on a scale not seen since Hitler and Stalin
