The death toll has increased from torrential rains in northwest Pakistan as rescuers recovered more bodies.
Rains that started on April 3 caused flash flooding in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province and in Pakistan-administered Kashmir, leaving 71 dead.
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Disaster Management Authority said a further 10 bodies were found, bringing the total number to 47.
It said over 140 homes were also destroyed by the torrential rains.
In Pakistan-administered Kashmir, 24 people were killed.
South Asia's summer monsoon season frequently results in flash floods in Pakistan, which cause widespread damage in rural villages with minimal infrastructure.
During the rainy season last summer, torrential downpours and flooding killed 81 people and affected almost 300,000 people across the country.
