I thought Mr. Kobrin’s comments were balanced, thoughtful, and objective. Mr. Whitmore might need to get a breath of fresh air. The Russian political sky is not falling, and I suspect that the latest Kremlin intrigues are following a well-scripted plan.

Well, well, well. Is Russia in Africa, in Europe or in Asia or both. Because if what is hapening in Russia is anything to go by then there are no competent politicians in Russia. Why should the presidency rotate between two men through their own designs. Shame on democracy of that kind. Poor russians, dictators never leave you. Soon in twelve years another one will e annointed by Putin so that he can continue ruling you.
