Serbian Court Clears Former Policemen Over American Deaths

Serbia's war crimes court has acquitted two former policemen accused of involvement in the 1999 slaying of three Albanian-American brothers.

In a retrial, the court ruled that there was not enough evidence to convict the two Serbs of war crimes for handing over Illy, Mehmet, and Agron Bytyqi to members of a special Serbian police unit that subsequently shot and killed them.

The retrial was held after a Serbian appeals court overturned an initial acquittal.

The three came to Kosovo from New York in 1999 to fight with the ethnic Albanian rebels against Serbia's rule.

They were arrested when they strayed into central Serbia from Kosovo.

Their bodies were discovered in a trash-filled mass grave in 2001. Prosecutors said they would appeal the new verdict.

A grave injustice has been done. Typical MO for the butchering Serbs:
"handing over Illy, Mehmet, and Agron Bytyqi to members of a special Serbian police unit that subsequently shot and killed them."

"Their bodies were discovered in a trash-filled mass grave in 2001. "

No trial was afforded to these three men like the ones currently going on the Hague for the butchering Serbs!

Tell me again that the Serbs are the victims?

This particular case happened in 1999 - hello, NATO forces were performing the butchering acts from the sky without the permission of the UN Security Council - what were you expecting the Serbs to do, to let the militant Albanians with their f..... American passports spread all over Serbia? Are you telling me that I am not allowed to use all the self-defence at my disposal?

I have no idea what the Albanians have instilled in their heads. The sheer act of putting on a paramilitary KLA uniform and acting against the interests of people, police and army of a host country (meaning ex-Yugoslavia and Serbia) represents a crime in iteself. The Albanians are getting acquittals on the grounds of "no evidence myths" whereas tons of Serbian evidences are somehow always being disregarded.

I'm afraid that if the international community headed by the USA/UK/Germany/NATO considers that to be fair justice, we'll be seeing a lot of reciprocity BSs in the future.

How about an INDEPENDENT investigation about organ snatching by Albanian terrorists?
