Two Top Serbian Convicts Attempt Prison Break

x
TEXT SIZE - +
Authorities in Serbia say two high-profile, convicted professional killers have attempted to escape from a high-security prison in Belgrade -- but were stopped by security forces.

One of the prisoners is Sretko Kalinic, who is serving a 30-year sentence for the 2003 assassination of Serbian Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic.

The other, Zeljko Milovanovic, was convicted in Croatia and sentenced to 40 years for the 2008 killing of a prominent journalist.

They are reported to have broken out of their cells early on February 7, attacking a guard and jumping out a window into the prison yard.

Reports quote a statement by prison authorities as saying they were "immediately arrested in the yard and taken back to their cells."

Authorities have stepped up security at the prison and ordered an investigation into the incident.

Your map is incorrect. The province of Kosovo should also be coloured orange since it is not separate.

Red is like in Russia. The color of blood inspires the followers of Ivan the Terrible, Lenin and Stalin to new feats-

supply of weapons the dictator Assad who kills his people

bombing of Gori and Tbilisi

transfer of weapons to Chavez who mentally ill
and so on..

Therefore it is necessary to agree that the geographical map (provided by the staff of radio station) is colored incorrectly..
Rather, all that is happening in Romania and Kosovo is closer to the red...

By the way "Dear staff" of Radio Liberty how about the hearts and livers cut from abductees by Kosovo Albanians?... Is not it time for U.S. and the West which recognized the bandits to legalize such a necessary thing?
