Why policemen killed in Daghestan ?

True and honestly highlanders never be a policeman in Daghestan. Highlanders, or mountainers are native nations of Daghestan.

Policemen are "government mafia", and commonly gangsters, or thieves. They kidnap children, they can kill a citizen without a warning, or can arrest anytime - if you are look like a rebel. Looking like a rebel is a term, to define that you are a true man. They can imprison you, its unquestioned.

We face with a true mafia regime in North Caucasus = Daghestan Government. And a freedom war is continue in Daghetan. This is a war. You choose a side, and fight is continue.
