The fire occurred late on June 16 after a disturbance among inmates at the facility in Saluirfa Province.

We have nothing against grannys... but it is clear that in Baku grandmothers sending by Putin to offend and insult Azerbaijanis
this is what Putin planned...
In Baku, grannies need to check for the presence of polonium and other poisons..
I'm sure, they have been training in FSB how to kill people... under Putin's control of course...It is possible that he himself trained them..
