Three Killed In Afghan Suicide Attack

NATO says a suicide attack has killed three coalition troops in eastern Afghanistan.

Afghan officials say two suicide bombers attacked the soldiers outside the provincial council building in Asadabad, the capital of eastern Konar Province, on August 8.

Authorities say at least one Afghan civilian was killed and several others wounded.

Regional government spokesman Wasifullah Wasify says the two attackers detonated their explosives outside the provincial council building.

Wasify said the council was meeting inside at the time but he could not confirm if any members were hurt.

Authorities say at least one dead body and three wounded victims were taken to local hospitals.

Taliban spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid says two of the group's fighters targeted a NATO patrol in Konar.

He claims they killed several foreign troops.

when NATO minions die the humanity wins. US government and its NATO minions were bombing and killing Christians in Serbia and Kosovo. Now are the days of reconing. More NATO minions will die until they repent and pull back their tentacles and retreat to their holes in Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Germany, and Virginia

@Jack, You don't have a clue what you are talking about. Why don't you return to the hole YOU slithered out of? While Kosovo may have been considered a "Christian" nation, Christian men do not commit genocide as was the case of the ethnic cleansing going on in the Balkans. Did we aid Muslims who were being systematically exterminated? Yes. Were we aware of the coming threat of wahhabi jihadism? No. Do the two have any bearing on each other. No. Terrorist groups that operated at the time were largely unknown and unheard of unless you worked for a three letter organization prior to September 11, 2001. We did not enter Afghanistan unprovoked, and now you judge the men and women serving there? You spineless, arrogant coward. I know these men. They all have wives and they all have children. The ARE all good men, and they were willing to die so that some shmuck, like you, could post some insensitive, anonymous garbage on a web page after an event like this occurred. So if you think you are some kind of man for posting your nonsense, why don't you include your address and phone number with the post?
