Georgia: Moscow's Move To Bolster Peacekeepers Angers Tbilisi, Worries EU
Accusing Georgia of massing troops in the Kodori Gorge region of Abkhazia, Russia says it will increase its peacekeeping presence in the separatist region to stave off the threat of war. The move, coming as Tbilisi announced that it is blocking Russia's entry into the World Trade Organization, has plunged the countries' already tense relationship to a new low. more
