Two More U.S. Troops Killed In Iraq

Soldiers in action in Iraq (file photo) (CTK) 21 January 2006 -- The U.S. military said on 21 January that two U.S. soldiers have been killed in Iraq.

The troopers were killed during a combat operation in the Anbar province on 20 January.

Their deaths raise the tally of U.S. soldiers killed in Iraq since the U.S.-led invasion of the country in March 2003 to 2,224.
