Romanian Premier Reshuffles Cabinet


Calin Popescu-Tariceanu (file photo) (AFP) April 1, 2007 -- Romanian Prime Minister Calin Popescu-Tariceanu reshuffled his two-year-old centrist government today, leaving three ministers from the main coalition partner, the Democratic Party, out of the cabinet.

Popescu-Tariceanu's ruling Liberals will comprise the new government along with a junior coalition partner, the ethnic Hungarians.
