On the 10th day of the Olympics, a runner won gold by diving across the finish line, fans booed the judges' decision in favor of a Russian boxer, and a weightlifter known as "the Pride of Uzbekistan" brought home his country's first Olympic medal in the sport. Evgeny Tishchenko of Russia (left) and Vassiliy Levit of Kazakhstan box in the men's heavyweight final. The judges awarded Tishchenko the gold in a unanimous decision that was met with booing from the crowd.
