A siege at a hotel on Lake Qargha in Kabul has come to an end after police killed at least four attackers who had taken hostages there. Police said the militants had killed at least 18 people in the assault, mainly civilians. (Video by Sabawoon, RFE/RL's Radio Free Afghanistan)
