Two explosions hit the Iraqi city of Kirkuk September 22. The first blast targeted the building of Kirkuk Province’s Directorate of Kurdish Education in the Rahimawa neighborhood. About 40 people were injured, including three children of Iraqi Chaldo-Assyrian (Christian) MP Imad Yokhanna, who lives nearby. The second blast occurred in the commercial neighborhood of Almas, injuring five. (Footage by Radio Free Iraq correspondent Nihad al-Bayati)
