Russia, North Korea Reopen Railway Link

Russia and North Korea have reopened a railway link connecting the Russian border town of Khasan to the North Korean port of Rajin. North Korea's state news agency KCNA provided video showing officials attending the opening ceremony in Rajin on September 22. Russia's investment in renovating the railway line is part of a deal reached in 2001 when late North Korean leader Kim Jong Il visited Russia. (KCNA via Reuters)
