Georgian Volunteers Repair Animal Shelter

In Georgia, volunteers were cleaning up after at least 15 dogs drowned at Tbilisi’s private animal shelter, during a flood caused by heavy rain. The shelter is owned by a millionaire animal lover, who said the ground floor was completely destroyed. The shelter housed around 500 dogs, several brown bears, and a jackal.
