U.S. Soldiers Arrive In Latvia As 'Tactical March' Moves On
U.S. troops arrived in Latvia as part of what they've called the Dragoon Ride across six NATO countries in Eastern Europe. The U.S. Army's 2nd Cavalry Regiment said about 1,400 of its soldiers, in 400 vehicles, rolled into the southern Latvian town of Daugavpils, near the borders of Lithuania and Belarus.
