Marat Saichenko, a camera operator for the Russian television channel LifeNews, was detained by Ukrainian troops near Kramotorsk. Security forces claimed Saichenko and his colleague, Oleg Sidyakin, were carrying antiaircraft missiles. In a video statement issued by the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU), Saichenko says he broke Ukrainian law by concealing the real purpose of his visit to the country. (Video from YouTube)
