Four Belarusian Opposition Activists Pardoned, Freed

Four Belarusian activists jailed in connection with protests following last year's controversial presidential elections have been freed after a pardon from President Alyaksandr Lukashenka. Their release comes as EU officials say the Belarusian leader has pledged to release all political prisoners in the first half of October.
