U.S. Offers $60 Million In Aid To Syrian Opposition

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry has announced the United States will provide an additional $60 million in aid to Syria's civilian opposition, as well as providing food and medical supplies to rebels battling to oust President Bashar al-Assad.
