EU/UkraineEuropean Parliament's Committee on Foreign Affairs in Strasbourg is scheduled to discuss the international assistance package for Ukraine.

Germany: Hannover hosts the 2014 CeBIT technology trade fair (to March 14).

Iran: The European Center of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Brussels hosts a discussion titled "Tehran Calling: A New Direction for Iran?"

Kazakhstan/RussiaKazakh President Nursultan Nazarbaev visits Moscow, meets with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Kyrgyzstan: UN Human Rights Committee in Geneva considers a report on Kyrgyzstan (to March 11).

UN: News York hosts the 58th session of the Commission on the Status of Women (to March 21).

Iran/UN: Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif is scheduled to address the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva.

Tajikistan/Russia: Chairwoman of Russian Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko visits Dushanbe.

Ukraine/U.S.Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk visits Washington to meet with U.S. senior officials.

FRIDAY, March 14:

Georgia/Russia: Prague hosts a meeting of the Georgian Prime Minister's Special Representative Zurab Abashidze and Russian First Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin.

Ukraine: UN Assistant Secretary-General for Human Rights Ivan Simonovic is scheduled to address the media in Kyiv.
