Natural-Gas Pipeline Ruptures At Russian Refinery

26 July 2005 -- A natural-gas pipeline ruptured at an oil refinery in central Russia today, sending flames shooting into the sky.
The incident occurred at the Novo-ufimsky plant near Ufa, about 1,200 kilometers east of Moscow.

There were no reports of injuries. It was unclear if output at the refinery was affected.
