RFE/RL Journalist Detained In Moscow

Russian police have detained a dozen environmental activists and an RFE/RL correspondent at the Khimki forest north of Moscow. Part of the forest is slated to be replaced by an $8 billion highway connecting Moscow and St. Petersburg.
