Nearly 350 people have been killed and about the same number wounded in a stampede at a water festival in the Cambodian capital.
Witnesses say people panicked and began to run after several people were electrocuted on a small bridge connecting Phnom Penh with a nearby island.
State television said at least 250 of the dead were women.
Prime Minister Hun Sen called it the country's worst tragedy since the Pol Pot regime some 30 years ago.
