Heydar Aliyev Park Opened In Kyiv

A park has been opened in honor of late Azerbaijani President Heydar Aliyev in the Ukrainaina capital, Kyiv. Built thorough the largesse of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) in Ukraine, Baku's ambassador described the park as a gift of Azerbaijan to the Ukrainian people.
