EU Commissioner Stefan Fuele On Normalizing Relations With Belarus

RFE/RL's Belarus Service spoke to Stefan Fuele, the EU commissioner for enlargement and neighborhood policy, about efforts to normalize relations between the bloc and Belarus. Fuele emphasized that the release of political prisoners remains a key EU condition for improving relations with Minsk.
