A powerful explosion hit a heavily guarded Kabul neighborhood on June 11 where several foreign embassies and Afghan government buildings are located. A bomb exploded near minibuses taking Supreme Court staff home in the Afghan capital, killing at least nine people and wounding dozens. (Reuters)
