Explosions rocked a military training area in Russia's southwestern Samara region, triggering a fire that was still causing blasts hours later. Some 6,000 people were evacuated from the nearby village of Nagorny. Amateur video posted online appears to show the moment one of the explosions ripped through the site. (Reuters)
