Four Survivors Rescued After Siberian Helicopter Crash

Three crew members and one passenger who survived a helicopter crash in Siberia on July 2 were rescued and brought to the nearest big city of Yakutsk on July 3. The Mi-8 aircraft operated by Polar Airlines caught fire after crashing in the Sakha, also known as Yakutia, is a vast region stretching north of the Arctic circle, with 25 passengers and three crew on board.
