The surviving Boston Marathon bombing suspect, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, pleaded not guilty in Boston on July 10 to 30 counts of using a weapon of mass destruction. The seven-minute proceeding was Tsarnaev's first public appearance since he was caught in April. (AP video)
