Outgoing Georgian President Saakashvili Casts Vote

President Mikheil Saakashvili voted in today Georgia's presidential election which will bring in a successor to his 10-year rule. Saakashvili told journalists that a period of turbulence is likely for Georgia, but that its democratic gains are solid. (Reuters video)
