Afghan officials said four civilians were killed in a suicide bomb attack targeting a NATO convoy in the capital, Kabul, on August 10.
At least seven others were wounded in the blast.
Police said the suicide car bomber targeted the convoy on a main road in western Kabul.
A spokesman for the Taliban said the militant group claimed responsibility for the attack.
