Putin: Allah Has Punished Turkey

Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that Allah "decided to punish" Turkey, which he accused of committing a warcrime by shooting down a Russian military jet. Speaking in his annual state-of-the-nation address, Putin repeated allegations that Turkey was buying oil from Islamic State militants in Syria, and warned that Russian would impose further sanctions.
