At least seven Afghan soldiers were killed and fifteen injured in a Taliban suicide attack on an army bus in Kabul on October 1. A separate suicide bombing, also in Kabul, injured at least six Afghan army personnel. The attacks came a day after Afghanistan signed a deal with Washington allowing U.S. troops to stay in the country past the end of 2014. (Reuters)
