At Least 10 Killed In Bombing At Religious School In Northern Afghanistan

At least 10 students have been killed in a bombing at a religious school in Afghanistan's northern city of Aybak. Interior Ministry spokesman Abdul Nafi Takour told RFE/RL that, according to preliminary information, at least 10 students were killed and several others were wounded in the explosion on November 30. A provincial government spokesman said at least 15 people were killed, while other sources, put the casualty toll at 16 dead and 27 wounded. An unnamed source told RFE/RL the blast may have been caused by a suicide attack. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack so far.
