Displaced Afghan Families Fear Winter Without Food, Shelter

Hundreds of thousands of Afghans have been displaced by Taliban attacks and other violence, fleeing to safer havens within the country. In the western city of Herat, a bastion of relative peace, displaced people have set up a makeshift camp by a busy road as they wait for assistance.
